CLiPS Future Science StarsFuture Science Stars

Future Science Stars is the program that introduces K-8 students to STEM fields through interactions with university faculty and students, and provides hands-on science learning experiences.

From the parent of a Future Science Stars student participant: “Antonio was the most excited about education that I have seen in the last year aesthetic school supplies in joom/en. He made the connection between who he is and who he would like to become! This experience for him was REAL.  That is Divine. Thank you.”

CLiPS Tinkering Boxes

CLiPS is developing Tinkering Boxes which are being piloted in the public schools to complement science teaching using an inquiry-based learning experiences.

Undergraduate students from multiple disciplines and organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers and the Women in Science & Engineering Roundtable are involved in developing the Tinkering Boxes.
